Burma Burma has always been a delight. I have visited bangalore outlet and the BKC branch before and the pheonix palladium branch I had visited for the 2nd time with my in-laws. The vibe was great, the staff was warm. The mocktails were nicely presented, the Lotus stems were as crispy as they can get - the best starter hands down! The oh no khao suey is a must try! then initially we ordered rangoon curry with edemame burnt garlic rice, but due to some unforeseen reason it took more than 20 minutes to come and we had to change rice to Burmese fried rice, but nonetheless it was worth the wait! and lastly we ended with the show stopper dessert - Burma Bombe - a culinary experience you must have. Mr Balbir was very considerate and generous, he repeatedly apologised for the delay in order and also was kind enough to not charge for the rangoon curry - rice and the dessert. You should absolutely take a visit multiple times to Burma Burma. Definitely recommended for a family outing!

Mr Balbir was very considerate and generous, he repeatedly apologised for the delay in order and also was kind enough to not charge for the rangoon curry - rice and the dessert. Thank you!

Don’t know where to start. The 1st zero alcohol drink we got was spoiled and then the rest of our drinks were below average. The bartender seemed non-professional and under trained. We saw many drinks being returned from various tables. The staff were all trainees and seemed so lost. The managers were unbothered. We were a group of 8 people and the staff were incapable of serving us. We asked for bowls which we were repeatedly being asked for how many. Then it came in batches of twos. By the time the last person got the bowl the khowsuey was cold. There were no serving spoons given. The staff was not understanding anything. Overall a pathetic experience.

Restaurant was too noisy and the service pathetic. No service 20 minutes after we were seated . We had ordered for lotus chips and lemonade to start and khowsuey for the mains, they brought the khowsuey in 5 minutes, the lemonade after 1/2 hour and there was no sign of the two starters we ordered. Dessert order took another 20 minutes. Service standards have really gone downhill past few months. Case of expanding too fast without quality training??
