Tried out Burma Burma and here’s my quick review: • Samosa Soup – Absolutely delicious! A must-try, very comforting and full of flavor. • Fried Dumplings with Papaya Relish – Good overall, but the papaya side was slightly on the sweeter side for my taste. • Uncle’s Street Noodles – Thick, well-cooked noodles. Tastes even better when you mix in the condiments served separately. • Chickpea Starter – Decent, somewhere between average to good. Overall, a unique experience with some standout dishes. Worth visiting if you enjoy experimenting with flavors!

Our first experience with Burmese cuisine was nothing short of exceptional. We celebrated our anniversary at Burma Burma, and the evening was truly memorable. The hospitality was a standout—the staff was incredibly polite and attentive throughout our meal. The ambiance is beautifully curated. ​As for the menu, the drinks are on another level; the Ice Plum Fizz and Twilight are highly recommended. We also couldn't resist the Berry Blast dessert, which we finished in seconds. A must-visit for anyone looking for great food and a warm atmosphere.

Atmosphere is really good here and so does food. The only place where they struggle is their steamed buns..not recommended. Other than this do visit this place and try their dimsum and khow suey soup.

Very Disappointing Experience at Burma Burma Yesterday, a group of 15 friends visited Burma Burma at Jio BKC as per our prior reservation. We arrived on time and were shown two separate tables placed next to each other. We politely requested the manager, Mr. Parag, and his assistant to combine the tables or adjust the arrangement slightly so that all 15 of us could sit together and enjoy our evening. Unfortunately, Mr. Parag behaved very rudely and clearly refused to accommodate our request, as if he did not want us there. Each one of us requested politely, but despite repeated requests for more than 30 minutes, he continuously said it was not possible and did not allow us to sit together. We were forced to sit separately — boys on one table and girls on another — which completely spoiled the mood of our long-awaited get-together. After many repeated requests, they finally allowed us to sit together, but only on a table meant for 10 people. Somehow, we had to adjust all 15 people in a very cramped space just to have our main course together. This was extremely disappointing and unexpected from the hospitality industry, especially from a reputed restaurant like Burma Burma. When people spend time and money to meet friends after a long time, the experience and hospitality matter the most. The food is not cheap, and such poor service completely ruins the occasion. We sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously. Based on our experience, we would not recommend visiting Jio BKC outlet until service standards improve.

The food at Burma Burma is always good, and today was no exception. Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. We were celebrating my mother-in-law’s birthday and had given the staff a cake to store, but they left it outside and it melted. Service was also very slow despite it being a weekday. We had clearly requested Jain food, yet the Khao Suey was served with non-Jain condiments, and a salad later arrived with onions. When we pointed it out, the server initially denied it and only took it back after we showed him—without any apology. Good food, but careless service that ruined what was meant to be a birthday celebration

Very bad service, you will have to wait for eternity for the staff for taking orders, they will take the empty plates within seconds but not for anything else. That to after waiting for an hour outside the restaurant even after paying cover charge in advance. No one to take responsibility, they took cover charge in the name of thingyan festival but only the curated menu was available no welcome nothing which is being advertised heavily on social media platforms. Very bad experience, didn’t expected this from such popular restaurant
