The service staff were warm, courteous, and professional, which made the experience pleasant. However, the elaichi tea was served only lukewarm instead of hot, which was a bit disappointing. Also, while ordering food through the QR code was convenient, the payment process via the QR system felt a little cumbersome. Other than these minor issues, everything else was good.

How does the Thane crowd rate this as a #1 place in the area ? The ambience was horrible. Absolutely pathetic. Not even a theatre corridor is this noisy at interval. We had a bunch of idiots who were playing games loudly and it was really horrible and the staff were all young fellows who just couldn't ask them firmly to shut up. Like seriously? Is there some sort of scam going on here? Or is the Thane crowd that desperate that it simply rates a place with AC and four chairs as "great place". This is essentially lower rated than Pop Tates in my opinion. Starters were fine. I ordered Peri Peri fries and Hummus and Falafel. Quite decent. Vietnamese coffee - Average. Watermelon Mint - Average. Fiery Cottage Cheese Pizza - Very Very average. (Tasted like Store Bought Base). Thane Crowd needs to up their taste. Sorry. 2/5. Even with a 30% coupon, this ain't worth it.
