Had a wonderful experience at Butterfly, Lower Parel. We ordered the food and were particularly impressed by the excellent service and personal attention from Lakshman Yadav. Lakshman made great recommendations, understood our preferences perfectly, and went out of his way to ensure everything was just right. That personal touch really made the experience stand out. The food was excellent, but honestly, it is Lakshman’s service and hospitality that will bring us back to Butterfly again. Great job!

Mr Joshua had great recommendations as per my dietary needs and checked with the chef great recommendations .Customised the chicken gassi to non spicy and neer dosa with it was fabulous .Friend had avocado bowl healthy with good portion size . Mr bhaskar was server. thwnku for the great hospitality

they forgot to inform me about cover charge, which i didnt object to. But when they came to know about it, managers made faces and kept on running from one person to another. I had made reservation for 4 was informed for table of 2 with condition that if additional chair is available then it will be provided. when i placed request for it was told that the table is for 10k cover charge they have kind of let me have the table and i should be thankful for that coz they are charging 10k for it. Hope they get rich soonest so that they can ease on their cheap skits. ofcourse, while all other tables got water served my free table had to wait for their mercy. thank you.

Absolutely unprofessional service and rude staff and manager. Booked a 3 pm slot via zomato and we were called and told the table is only available till 3:30 pm as they already had a baby shower booking at 3:30. When I asked the manager why were they showing 3 and 3:15 open slots he said we can make you sit outside. When I said we don’t want to sit outside in this heat as we have two small kids, he rudely said they can make us sit anywhere as they only give reservations and not the guarantee to sit inside and that I should manage my cancellation with zomato. Absolutely rude and unprofessional behaviour.

The booking experience for this place through Zomato has been extremely disappointing. At no point during the reservation process is it clearly mentioned that the seating allocated would be outdoor. Only upon reaching does one realise that this is the treatment extended to bookings made through the app. This should be transparently specified upfront while booking, or the restaurant should reconsider accepting reservations through Zomato altogether if the experience being offered is fundamentally different.
