I am an often visitor at this cafe. Having said that I am well versed with the staff, and they are extremely sweet and well spoken. Not a great person to give advice when it comes to coffee, but I can surely say the coffee made by the manager, it gets my day going. They have maintained the place well. The only issue I face is, while I work, there are no plugs to charge my electronics. Yes they do have one or two plug points but its at a specific place. All in all, I visit this place because the staff is sweet and coffee is not so sweet :)

I have been frequent to this cafe at fort, they have amazing well trained staff with best ambience around, they serve some amazing coffee......a must visit for everyone, have your happy moments :)

It’s a great experience, the ambiance is very welcoming and charming, amazing food/coffee and service. staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations.

It'll be unfair to say that this is like the regular outlets! A huge, beautifully decorated coffee day outlet called the square holds a lot of surprises in their menu, service and taste. I went here for lunch and had a lovely experience. The food is amazing, not overpriced at all. The guava spritzer drink was too nice and the Devils own did not disappoint at all. For food, pepper roast chicken tasted good and the pasta arrabiata was great too. I love their crispy tasty garlic bread. The service is fast, and the waiters are sweet as well. It's a huge outlet with comfy seating arrangements and also free Wi-Fi. Haha! The pricing is moderate, more than the regular coffee day outlets but definitely worth it too. A good place for lunch or maybe just some coffee as they have a huge variety here. . Highly recommended. . Thank you for reading. Do follow if you came this far…😊

Ambience is good. Staff is polite and helpful. Price are worth coffee. Loved cold coffee with icecream and velvet cappuccino. We also offered chocolate shots the price was just rs. 49 which was good . Overall it was good Happy Eating ❤️

I am big time croissant lover. If it's in the menu I don't look at anything else. I visited CCD fort outlet after a long time and ordered croissant sandwich and croissant sundae chocolate icecream. Great taste and worth the money value.

Visited this outlet last Sunday evening. We ordered cold velvet coffee, regular cappuccino and a smoked chicken sandwich. Cold velvet coffee was undoubtedly the worst cold coffee I ever had in my life. I swear. It was diluted like anything. Not at all sweet. My friend liked the cappuccino. Chicken sandwich, served with ketchup, had a very very thin slice of chicken. It was mostly filled with tomato and onions. Overall bad experience, mostly due to the food. Service was okay. Ambience is average.
