Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing everything we tested melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had highly recommend.

extremely pathetic service. cold coffee was served with stale cream. The staff argued and said its due to day end usage and all cream containers are delivered in the same condition. We ordered 4 coffees and all of them were served with stale cream. Furthermore the staff clearly stated that he is aware of the improper cream but did not even bother to change it. Crunchy frappe with oreo did not have any oreo crunch. Seemed like classic cold coffee. additionally, cafe is too dirty and lot of mosquitoes.

I am a regular customer at CCD in powai hiranandani ,Haiko. As it has open seating area the heat in summers gets to the nerve. They have only three fans available for seating space of 14 tables. We have raised the concern to the management multiple times but no action has been taken. Since i come here everyday i have also seen customers leaving and complaining about the same issue. Customer satisfaction in summers is negative in here. At least for the sake of customers take the necessary action.

I am sitting here at 8:30am in the morning writing this pathetic review and the staff on the morning of 15/10 is saying that he cafe is not open yet whereas I can see them literally sitting in front of me and chit chatting when on zomato it mentions that the cafe opens at 8am, I’ve been coming here everyday at 8:00am, so disappointed with this behaviour, kindly look into your staff and the services provided.
