I have been to a few CCD branches, but this was my first time visiting CCD Dadar. It is located near Shivaji Park, and to my surprise, the place was so cool and calm, even when I visited around 6:30 PM. They have both indoor and outdoor seating available. This cafe gave me an old-school vibe, and reminded me of my college days when I used to visit CCD a lot. I ordered a latte and a Green Apple Mojito, and the order was served within 20 minutes. The mojito was refreshing, and I absolutely loved it. However, I had mentioned while ordering that I wanted it without ice, but it was still served with ice. I informed the staff, but instead of replacing it, they left me to remove the ice myself, which was disappointing. On the other hand, the latte was good and served at the perfect temperature. I chose to sit outside, as I love outdoor seating, and I had a peaceful experience. The outdoor area is well-ventilated with fans, so it was comfortable. The staff was cooperative, and the washrooms were clean and compact. This is a great cafe where you can come with friends, family, or even solo. You can sit, read a book, or work in a relaxed and quiet environment. Overall, I really liked the vibe of the cafe, but I feel the service could be improved, especially when it comes to handling customer preferences more carefully. If you are in Dadar, it's still worth visiting for a cozy cafe experience. Visited this outlet recently. This was just when they had opened up in the morning. I asked that ccd guyz which is the best cold coffee i can have ,he suggested me to have their signature cold coffee named The devils own and YES it was a devil perfect blended cold Coffee with the thick wipped cream topped with chocolate sprinkles.

The washrooms are extremely dirty and unhygienic. The staff is rude especially the women staff. Despite ordering they won't let you sit for more than 3 hours and come again for a re-order. The seats are empty and even if there are no customers and you are silently working on your laptop they still insist you to leave as cameras are watching the staff. Their managers really need some good training. No wonder CCD is in losses as they don't respect their customers. Also nowhere have they mentioned that customers can sit for a certain amount of hours only. Cafes are meant for people wanting to work but CCD doesn't understand that. CCD should instead be grateful that customers like us at least come to CCD when their seats are usually empty but they are empty for a reason n that's because of CCD's rude behaviour. Food quality is not up to the mark. Even if you ask for an extra sauce or ketchup they are hesitant. CCD is no longer the place it used to be.

I work at cafe coffee day for 6 years. All I got was mental harassment and exploitation. I was not given my gratuity. And when I emailed them they wasted my time and harassed me even more. I don't have money hence I cannot go to the court. They have taken mine so I have to go to court. But they have right to take my gratuity.

Ccd is serving a tea pot but it is only 200ml that is not even half the volume of the pot. Standards to change ? Waste of money if not getting even 3/4th of the volume if you say you serve tea by pot. It’s not fair to pay such a price. Kindly do not use pots or increase the volume at least stop fooling people.

Packing was not good, hot chocolate was spilled outside the container, disappointing from brand like CCD. Please look into this and make sure next time this doesn’t happens

Coffee was good. But some how staff was very weird. Clicking pictures were not allowed don’t know why??? Even after buying 😡stuff.. overall was little mood killer

Poor service, ordered brownie fudge recieved classic fudge. Server argued n didn't even thought about loosing a customer.
