Very good ambience and excellent service by the staff. Very good frappe and matcha with oatmilk. Cakes pastries are best in town.

Must try: Gourmet Belgian Chocolate The ambience, and the drinks prepared after you give them specific instructions, is absolutely amazing. Great place to come work, study, or catch up with your friends. Ambience: 4.5/5 Hospitality: 5/5 Food: 3/5

Was a good experience. Everything as usual is Overpriced and totally not worth . But good for professional type people. Taste of coffee is good . Staff is decent and polite . Ambience is on an average type other cafes . Taste of food is good just overpriced. Overall good experience. Good for office meeting and all.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Horrible experience at CCD Kalyan (Sunday, 29th June 2025, ~6 PM) I visited with three friends – all of them had already ordered. I just wanted to get my favorite, Devil’s Own, but the staff straight-up refused to take my order, saying they wouldn’t serve if we were ordering just one drink. They said unless more drinks were ordered, they won’t take it. Absolutely ridiculous! Since when is that even a rule? I asked for the manager, and a lady named Geeta came forward, claiming to be the manager. And let me say – she was shockingly rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. She had no manners, no basic courtesy, and clearly no idea how to talk to customers. Her attitude was like she was doing me a favor by even talking. If this is the kind of person CCD trusts with a managerial role, it speaks volumes about their standards. I left completely humiliated. My friends and I were shocked. We walked out and we’re never coming back – not to this outlet, not to any CCD. Done. If CCD has any sense of customer value or brand image, they need to check the CCTV footage and take serious action. Otherwise, this outlet is just damaging your name. Disgusting behavior. Never expected this from CCD. Avoid this place like the plague. 👎👎👎👎👎

The ambience was good But the person who took my oder (lady) was so un pleasant, she kept forcing me to buy an cookie because they didnt have change, i told them i dont have as well but kept forcing, i told them to cancel my order, she told ur discount will go instead buy the cookie, which i didnt want and later when my oder came it was nothing like told in the menu, when i asked her she kept bluffing saying thats how it is, and which was not at all when you usually buy it somewhere else,
