Excellent food , service par excellence and the staff is simply awesome -very professional yet friendly to make you feel welcome and extremely hygienic and the atmosphere has a " feel good factor" that makes me want to come here often . Simply love eating here

Visiting Cafe Coffee Day can literally make anyone's day. CCD in Andheri near Veera Desai road is prominently located. It is always chock-full being prime in location for coffee lovers. FOOD Here they managed to serve some decent coffee and tasty snacks. Toffe Carmel Frappe has perfect amount of taste of caramel in it. No one can beat Toffee cappuccino. Hot chocolate has adequate amount of chocolate which tastes heaven. Whereas cheesy garlic bread will surely make you fall in love with them. AMBIENCE A pretty decent Dećor. Colour scheme of wall and furniture is good. They are properly finished and renovated. Inside the Cafe they have enough space to move around. I think they can arrange little more sittings there. STAFF Due to thoughtful idea of management services is very prompt. Good attention to orders are given. Food and beverages served are too good in quality, quantity and pricing.

Cafe coffee day is my favourite place to crash in as they have amazing food to offer it's customer. I recently visited this place they have many outlets all over Mumbai and the food they serve is decent in taste. The means of this outlet was good and the the sitting arrangement was decent as well. I tried chicken sandwich and Oreo shake. Overall it is an amazing place to spend time with your friends.

Want to chill with friends or colleagues over a cup of coffee then Cafe coffee day is a place where you can sit for hours. The coffees are also priced reasonably as compared to other coffee places. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The menu has a lot of options too. But, lately the quality has deteriorated and they should buck up.

I’ve always appreciated Café Coffee Day for being a reliable place to unwind, but my recent experience was deeply disappointing. I visited during official operational hours, when the café was clearly open, though the shutter was oddly kept halfway down. A group of people was already seated inside, but when I tried to enter, I was stopped and told they wouldn’t be serving me — with no clear explanation provided. Despite being within business hours and seeing others being accommodated, I was denied entry and service. This kind of treatment feels exclusionary and unprofessional. If the café wasn’t ready to serve customers, the shutter should have been fully closed or signage put up to indicate the same. But to remain “selectively open” raises serious concerns about customer service and basic courtesy. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because no regular patron should feel unwelcome or ignored like this.

Experienced a couple of times the service providers in the Juhu shoppers stop branch bill higher coffees without rechecking with the customer and where as we r given the wrong order kindly train them thank u

I had not ordered for a cold coffee to start My day with. But I got it cold when it reached me. The cups are not ment to travel. Both my coffees were delivered cold. Not a good way to start the day.

Lack of staff and hygiene. The staff is untrained and does not follow covid protocols to say the least. Understaffed location
