The food was genuinely delicious. I ordered a veg seekh which was surprisingly tasty, surprised because I am a mutton seekh fan. One more beautiful thing they did was customise a dish that my mom wanted, she explained what she wants and Jagdish Rai made sure it happens… I even heard him from the kitchen scolding the staff “kaise nahi banega”. It felt very nostalgic, you know those places in early 2000s where you go to a “hotel” to eat and you know the food is going to be good. Not just the food but the staff as well, honestly I have seen the quality of Hospitality deteriorating since we have so many restaurants now but not this place. You know that the staff is well trained. For me there were two winners and so I will mention their names : Captain Raju who handled a delivery mishap with extraordinary grace and Sushant who not just served us great food but specifically suggested what to eat, I am not a fan of “sab achha hai” kinda staff. Sushant seriously enhanced our dining experience.

We had a wonderful experience at Cafe Creama. We opted for the buffet dinner and celebrated a birthday with a big family gathering, and everything was managed beautifully. The ambiance is lovely and perfect for family celebrations. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, especially Abhijeet, who made sure we were comfortable throughout. He also suggested drinks for us, and they were absolutely great. His service truly enhanced our experience. The food was excellent with a wide spread. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options were available, and everything we tried tasted amazing. Overall, it was a perfect place for a family celebration with great food, warm service, and a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Sundays done right at Cafe Crema. 🥂✨ Their Sunday Brunch runs from 12 PM to 3:30 PM, giving you plenty of time to slow down and truly indulge. They even have live music 😍 For around ₹1,409 + taxes per person, you get access to a lavish multi-cuisine buffet spread featuring North Indian favourites, Asian bites, Continental dishes, fresh salads, hearty mains, and a tempting dessert section. 🍽️🍰 Perfect for a relaxed family outing or a laid-back catch-up with friends, good food, unlimited choices, and zero Sunday stress. 💛

cafe crema is one of the best places to eat at. from buffets to à la carte, they don’t miss at all! i’ve been a regular here for the past 3 years, i visit almost every month. the live music on sunday brunch is such a treat, the ambience is gorg and the food is superb (i keep coming back for the nachos)

We’ve dined at Café Crema several times before, usually ordering à la carte, but this time we tried their buffet. As vegetarians, we found the spread quite decent and satisfying. The desserts were a highlight—especially the rabdi, which was excellent. The tacos were also very well done. The Indian curries were fairly standard but good. The staff, as always, were extremely attentive and courteous. We were able to sit comfortably for a long time and even cut a cake without any hassle. Overall, it’s a dependable place you can count on for a relaxed and enjoyable time.

service quality can be improved. The starters weren't coming in time. Had asked for Chapati but never came until we completed our lunch. For deserts spoons weren't available. Even after repeated reminders no one provided it. But for 35% discount on District booking it's not worth the money.

Despite being an elite restaurant in a 4-star hotel, the service was extremely disappointing. It took 45 minutes for our order to be partially served. We finally received our sandwich after 1 hour and 15 minutes, and even then, it was vegetarian instead of the chicken sandwich ordered. This was followed by another 30-minute wait for it to be remade correctly. The chef lacked basic knowledge of making a chicken club sandwich, like who puts raw onions in a club sandwich??????????? The tables were unclean, with cutlery placed in a way that made it impossible to tell whether it was used or freshly set. The table mats were soiled, the floor still had food crumbs from previous guests, and dishes were left unattended on several tables throughout our visit. Overall, it was a terrible and highly unpleasant experience.
