We love to come here whenever we are in Mumbai especially for their Homestyle Tomato Soup (out of the world and MUST TRY if you are craving for Soups). This time we also tried their Gluten free crystals (loved them) and Wok Seared Paneer Bowl (delicious). The menu has very good spread across cuisines. Their service is prompt, well spoken staff especially their Manager - Thomson Fernandes, who makes you feel welcome. He also gave us complimentary dessert of our choice (Mango Cheesecake). Highly recommend this place for any time of day...for any type of cuisine...for any occasion.

The food was great and ambience of the reataurant was also awsome. Chandrashekar was a great host who suggested us nice delicacies. Minster Lollipop was the best dish.

The menu was good, had great options. We wanted to try so many things but portion size of two dishes ordered made us full. Although staff was attentive, but the AC in the restaurant wasn’t ideal. It got hot a bit and we asked to reduce the temperature but staff denied saying control can’t be changed.

Extremely disappointing experience. We waited for over 30 minutes for a simple beetroot salad, despite reminding the staff more than 10 times. The most frustrating part was that the chef hadn't even started preparing it until we repeatedly followed up. Meanwhile, several tables that arrived after us received their complete meals without any delay. Eventually, we had no choice but to leave the restaurant hungry and walk across to Subway for a meal. After being a loyal customer for so many years, this level of service was shocking. Poor coordination, shabby service, and unacceptable delays. Sadly, this visit has changed our perception, and we won't be returning. Hello, service management—this is something that needs serious attention.
