Very tasty mughlai food , all non veg foods are very tasty and in budget, also one should definitely try their caramel custard desert.

hi ..maaz caffee their food is too much oily and to much bad service standerd ..but they don't know what's the hygieneic service......and they don't knw how talk to customer..and there are 2 people one person is sitting cash counter and one more person is sitting near by at cash counter...they have a lot of attitude..and their staff unhygieneic.... yesterday night we r having a food like 12.30 night time ..they r starting a clean the caffee with dirty water and dirty duster .....my frnd is told him it's too much smelly can u pls stop this clean .....after that this person is to much shouting my frnd ..this person is told us if u hv any problem so get out ...this is the behaviour of talk to coustomer.... and it was my humble request staff is not maintained the hygiene....pls don't orde the food this hotel otherwise don't eat to food this hotel ....we have a lot of hotel go another hotel but don't go their

Disappointing Experience with Bad Food & Poor Service I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The food was absolutely disappointing—bland, tasteless, and nowhere near what I expected. It felt like no effort was put into making the dishes flavorful or enjoyable. The service was even worse. The staff was slow and unresponsive, taking an unreasonably long time to take and deliver orders. I had to wait far too long for my food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold and unappetizing. Despite complaining, nothing was done to improve the situation. Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. If you’re looking for good food and decent service, I’d recommend avoiding this place.

I bought 4 different types of fried rice today worth 600 something but it's all was tasteless and 1 doesn't have any salt in it and I felt ashamed in front of my guest's, please Maaz guys if take care of chef's you hire or else close your restaurant don't make customer's pay for your mistakes

Ordered Chicken Tikka Biryani and it was just tasteless, flavourless, fried onions missing, it was just spicy and taste was like just rice cooked in plain chilli gravy without any other spices! Too bad in taste..will never order anything and won't recommend it even!

Worst place... Guys don't ever visit this place.. i order paneer biryani which was total disaster, tasteless prices are very high
