The meat was the softest I've had, we ordered Badami chicken seekh special, the seekh was really soft and yummy so were the chicken tikka pieces. Will definitely go back just to eat the seekh.

i have tried many restaurants and i have heard about nur cafe many times and then finally i have gone to try there food and firstly it is expensive and food is also not that much good it is just overhyped and they have very limited options, they have to first add some more products in there list

It is so crowded now that they have started compromising on the quality of food. Chicken Badami tikka was not as per expectations, it was dry and just tikka basically. Mutton Biryani pieces were chewy and probably had stale mutton.

CAFE NUR is one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. The management is utterly incompetent — they cannot handle even a basic crowd, leaving guests frustrated and waiting endlessly. The owner’s attitude feels greedy and selfish, with zero regard for customer comfort or satisfaction. The place is chaotic, poorly organized, and clearly run without care for service standards. We were told to wait for 45 minutes however they never gave us table even after waiting over 90 minutes they were taking a larger group who had no reservation and ignoring small group of 4 that's a sad part from the owner who was involved in seating the guests giving preference to the people he knew even though they had no resection or was not on the waiting list Whatever hype surrounds this restaurant is completely undeserved. Save yourself the disappointment and avoid CAFE NUR altogether

Pathetic service!! We had to wait for more than 1 hour in the line with an immoral fellow letting everyone by fluke. He didn’t even write our names just wrote how many people we were. This created mass confusion & made our waiting time stretch more. Secondly, the staff was very rude. We already informed the staff about keeping 3 phirnis aside. Two parcel & one dine in. Still they sold the last one & gave us only one despite of us pre ordering. The staff spoke to us in a very rude way that we were continuously shouting at him & we know only how to shout. Pathetic service mid food pathetic experience. I won’t recommend anyone going here. You are wastint your precious time. Bade Miya & Miya Kebabs are much better & sophisticated

I ordered mutton bawda it was priced at 2400. And i had a big group of 8 people so the waiter advised this would be good for 5 people. As i later asked how it made how it looks like he said its on their instagram page. I tried looking at it i didn’t find anything. As i kept asking him how it is he said i dont know anything. It nice order it. As it came like a cooked gravy too much gravy there wasn’t anything good about the dish. Also it literally had no taste no salt nothing fascinating about it. I later made this to the waiter noticed he didn’t seem to be caring and just ignored the fact that he dont know what he’s serving and charged 2400 for a dish. My total was 10350/-

Tried takeaway from Cafe Nur and honestly, it didn’t live up to the hype. We waited almost 40 minutes for our order, which is quite disappointing for a takeaway experience. The service felt slow and unorganized, and the overall experience just didn’t justify the reputation this place seems to have. Definitely expected much better.

They made us wait 30 minutes for a measly starter - Tangdi Kabab with Atishi Aloo. Waiters were unapologetic about making us wait that long and kept insisting that our is just 5 minutes away. Cafe Nur has completely ruined its service and it gets worse when there is a bit of overcrowding. Horrible experience.

While the food is good, the chairs they provide in the outside seating is cheap plastic which causes patrons to fall since the flooring is uneven and the staff’s response just adds fuel to the fire.
