The food at cantina was great! The gnocchi pesto, pink chicken pizza and the ricotta was especially good. The chocolate banana cake was yum but the pistachio creme brule was a bit too sweet. Some items from the menu like the tiramisu were unavailable, that was a bit of a disappointment but overall great service and staff. Mukim was helpful!

You guys are just fabulous!!! Unbelievable flavours!! 🤌🏻 I was amazed at the technique used by Chef Burd, managed to get such delicate combinations together!!! The Pizza, Mains and Desseertttttttt!! Oh La La!! (Just one request, please have more veg dough and tiramisu options). Been here twice, am definitely going in more!!!

The food was as authentic Italian. The pizza, the pasta and the starters were all more than just good. And special thanks to Amit for ensuring we are served well. The service staff in general can get better but honestly, no big complaints there!

Really loved the place, the food was great, we ordered Spicy Vodka Pasta, and Bandra Hot Pizza and the service by Mukim was quick and prompt! The ambiance is quite cozy too.

We left the place and had another round of meal at La Panthera. We were fooled by the 4.5+ ratings which are all paid/ Bots. Took a dinner reservation for 2 for my wife’s bday last week. (We didn’t expect any grand free desserts, fyi) but already a good seat. The reception showed us a seat right at the entrance and was a bit hesitant to give a better table until we asserted saying I had requested considering the occasion. She finally budged and gave a slight better inside table. The ambience is cozy, well done. Service staff is polite, young but could be a bit more professional, dress up and be coached. The food: the menu is ok, presentation is good but the food taste wasn’t upto the mark. We ordered - Avocaco Bruschetta -3/5 Grilled Asparagus - texture felt boiled and then quick chargrilled for the look - 2.5/5 truffle arancini - 2/5 . All were average. Then we ordered the chef recommended Bombay Hot Pizza.Apparently wood fired and all that. But it tasted like a mumbai masala sandwich. Spicy, mixed with veggies and chicken like a rainbow. 1/5 - avoid at all costs Drinks: This is 1st Italian American place where they don’t have a proper wine menu. Worst was - only one option in white to pair (the other being a moscato - a sweet one which neither was sparkling to be under sparkling section) In the reds out of the 2 options, one was out of stock. I requested so do you have a replacement and they said no - you gotta buy the bottle if you need another red or stick to a Merlot. I obviously stuck to water after tasting the Merlot. We then went to La Panthera (2nd time since it opened) - it’s a different league / everything is top notch, the pricing slightly lesser than cantina. We just mentioned causally it’s my wife’s bday, and they ensured a sparkle fire with the dessert we ordered (and paid for). Wine menu is extensive let me say that. All in all: the place may thrive considering the locationz BUT IF YOU REALLY WANT TO HAVE A GREAT ITALIAN EXPERIENCE AND ITS AN A OCCASSION, head to La Panthera, cincin or even pizza express.

This place has miles to go before it can become a repeatable, reliable option. As an Italian place - it struggles on every front: service (staff is polite but not trained, lack expertise, dress like some chowpatty waiters, need haircut). Food- very average. I would rate La Panthera or even Pizza express way above. Drinks - limited to almost no option for wine. Avoid. Save your money.

Zomato still accepts booking and takes payment but this place has been shut since 5 days and once you reach the restaurant nobody picks up your call neither the restaurant nor the people on district platform. Nobody to contact in order to get a refund. This place is a scam.
