We visited Canto at Chowpatty, Mumbai, on the night of 18th October 2026, and had a very enjoyable dining experience. The food was tasty, well-prepared, and satisfying, making it a lovely choice for an night out. We tried the Harissa Prawns, Fish & Chips, and Chicken Risotto, accompanied by drinks. The dishes were flavourful and enjoyable, with the Harissa Prawns being a particularly interesting choice. The combination of good food and drinks made for a pleasant dinner. Overall, Canto offers a delightful dining experience in the vibrant Chowpatty area. A good place to enjoy a relaxed night with delicious food and drinks. Definitely worth visiting for a satisfying meal in Mumbai!

Had a wonderful experience at Canto Bar & Cafe, Chowpatty! The food was excellent, the ambiance was super cool, and I had a fantastic time with my family. What truly stood out was their top-notch customer service. We had already paid the bill when we realised we had booked through Zomato and were eligible for a discount. When we approached Mr Mahesh, they were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist us in reversing the payment and completing it through Zomato. This level of customer care really makes a difference. Great food, great vibes, and an amazing team! Loved the experience and will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommended!

Canto is a cool joint with super vibes and very tastefully done interior decor. The menu has wide variety of veg and non veg cuisines mainly italian and continental. The bar is adequately stocked with amazing cocktails to offer. Unlike other bar and bistro, it’s kids friendly and a lovely place to hang around with family and friends. The staff is very helpful and warm with good knowledge about the menu. A must go place if you want to have a chill hangout kind of evening. Cheers to Team Canto Cafe and Bar.

The service was poor and the drinks were extremely disappointing. Despite having a prior reservation, I was made to wait for nearly 20 minutes before being seated. To make matters worse, the complimentary cheesecake offered at the end was hardly a cheesecake—it was essentially whipped cream with a soggy biscuit base. Overall, the experience was disappointing and certainly not what I expected, especially considering that I had made a reservation in advance.
