Carnival by Trèsind in Mumbai is a masterful showcase of fusion cuisine that left us utterly impressed during our Sunday noon visit. From the moment we arrived, the vibrant carnival-themed ambience set a playful yet sophisticated tone—enhanced by live music that was incredibly soothing and perfectly complemented the relaxed weekend vibe. Our server Rukshar was exceptional, offering spot-on recommendations that guided us through the menu with ease and warmth—hospitality truly deserving of 11/10. Standout dishes included the Jalmuri with a wasabi twist, served live for a dramatic flourish that hit every flavor note we craved. The avocado kebabs delivered perfect fusion harmony, while the Patatas Bravas was mind-blowing in its creative brilliance. We capped it off with tiramisu so special and balanced in sweetness, it’s impossible to forget. Food: 10/10 across the board. A must-visit for anyone seeking bold, unforgettable fusion

Visited carnival on a weekend. The vibe is fantastic. Food is great. Service is 10/10. Our servers were akshata and atharva. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Keep it up and will visit soon
