Excellent multi cuisine restaurant. Be ready for a few minutes and wait to get a table, it's worth the wait. Excellent authentic South Indian cuisine. Even though the restaurant was fully occupied, I was surprised and amazed at the quick efficient service. Medu Wada was piping hot, Idli Sambar, Rawa Dosa, butter Sada Dosa all delicious. Jain Dal khichdi is a must try for Khichdi lovers. Lastly gulped Vanilla milk shake. If in Sion this is a must visit place.

What a restaurant. basically a pure Udupi style .. anything you order from the South Indian cuisine ..it's piping hot and scrumptious. North Indian is equally well made haven't tried other cuisine but it won't disappoint .. I should say this restaurant has held high the reputed of the south Indian diaspora in Matunga Dadar area. .make sure to visit once ...

I recently visited Central Peninsula and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The chilli paneer dry and aloo jeera were both delicious and had the perfect level of spice. The medu vada and dahi vada were also excellent and the perfect start to our meal. The main course was just as good, with the Mysore masala cheese dosa and mushroom pizza being particular highlights. The cheese pav bhaji and chole bhatura were also delicious and the cheese kulcha was a great addition to the meal. The service at Central Peninsula was also very good, with the staff being friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The ambience of the restaurant was okay, although it was a bit crowded and noisy. Overall, I had a great experience at Central Peninsula and would definitely recommend it to others. The food was excellent and the service was good, making it a great choice for a casual meal. The malai kulfi was also a great way to finish off our meal.

Food is good but over charged for everything. Thumbs up bottle is for 175/- for 300 mL . Its not really fair they need to revise the prices and not loot people . Total rip off !!

Extremely rude staff (one particular waiter in the black and white uniform). We had ordered rasam vada. We asked him to pour the rasam in a glass to be able to drink it! The waiter literally said “yeh sab abhi nahi hoga” and asked the other guy also to not do it. If they can’t do it, that’s fine. But this is not how you talk to a customer specially when you are providing a service! This used to be a nice place and extremely disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend unless you like being insulted! Extremely put off by such a rude staff. Wouldn’t even give a start if I could!

We visited here today for my dad’s 50th birthday celebration. We ordered Manchow soup and they served us fried noodles with that and guess what they served us fried noodles along with fried cockroaches. When we complained for the same they said it’s fried noodles only and the cockroaches came by mistake. The manager was arguing and dint want to agree with us that it was a cockroach. It’s clearly seen in the photos as well that it was cockroaches. The entire celebration got spoilt. I wish there was an option to give minus stars. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED.

We visited this place for my dad’s 50th birthday celebration. We ordered manchow soup and guess what the restaurant served us fried cockroaches with the soup. When we called the manager and complained they started arguing with us and dint want to agree. They tried to take the plates away so that we don’t complain. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. We are pure Jains and vegetarians and this is what we had to go through. The staff was so disappointing just like the food and service. Never ever visiting this place ever again.
