I keep going back to this place always! I love how attentive their staff is and I love how cute the place is. I really wish more people talked about this place but sometimes I also feel good that it’s still such an underdog. My absolute favorites on the menu: • Edamame & truffle dim sum (10/10) • Purple yam & truffle dim sum (10/10) • Cheung fun (8/10) • Steamed turnip cake (9/10) Everything goes so well with their chilli oil (it is to die forrrr!!!). I wish I could spend my whole life eating my favorites from Cha!

As always we had an amazing experience in Cha, our Go to place whenever we're in Palladium. Service was as usual amazing. Sanjaya served us well as usual. If you're here then you must try their Cheungfun section, especially Chicken/Prawn Chung Fun. Give it a try.

Love the food, love the ambience and the service. Food is fantastic, and a very calm experience despite the location. Pretty authentic experience especially if you are sitting facing the kitchen, with your back facing the mall.

The food here is too good. We tried the Spicy chicken dumpling, soul bowl, fiery chicken wanton and prawn spinach roll. Each dish was so unique and flavourful and the 10/10 for presentation. It was worth every penny.

We ordered dimsums. The Chicken Shanghai dimsums are pricy but were delicious, especially the sauce. During the course of eating veg dimsums, we realised that one of them had hair. When we pointed that, they just took the plate away and gave a new one. There was no apology and no talk of getting a fresh batch. The restaurant team really needs to receive more training to address customer issues. Overall a poor experience.

Never again. Bad food. Few veg choices. Booked table on Zomato and called them to confirm but they said Zomato is only for bill payment. But we have a table. No surprise they had empty tables on a Sunday because their best selling dimsums taste so bad.

Soup bowl with assorted veg was super oily. t. The waiter kept justifying that it is supposed to be that way . very bad experience. Will never go again

The food not up to the mark. Couldn’t make out whether I was eating prawns or chicken. Service too below par.
