I use to really love Chayoos Powai, however, lately the quality of tea and service has really deteriorated. Twice I’ve gone in recent times and tea tasted uncooked (properly boiling didn’t happen). Food items are mostly out of stock on weekends. They seem really under staffed to manage the heavy influx of crowd over the weekend. We are never coming back again, I can make better tea at home.

Please avoid visiting here. You will be ripped in name of chai. we ordered a sulemani nimbu chai. It neither had taste of sulemani not lemon in it. And when we asked the staff he said our sulemani is black tea you shouldn't have ordered. when we mentioned we had asked weather it will be made fresh or not they said fresh and later they are like it's a premix and this is how it is

I understand from the Chaayos support that non veg items on the menu have been removed due to Navratri. I understand any business can make whatever choice they want when it comes to what they serve, but I am rather disappointed on this approach. If someone is observing Navratri then they would not order non veg right? Why remove it completely from the menu?

The food quality was really bad. The prices do not justify the quality at all. The wait time was way too long, even though the place was barely half full. The manager was disinterested and had no focus on customer experience. I would highly recommend staying away from this place. I am definitely not going there or ordering from. Ever.

Food was pathetic and not edible. Chai was cold and not customised as per the instructions. Over all disappointed. Would suggest don’t waste your money and time at this outlet

Placed an order and waited more than 30 minutes only to have it cancelled with no communication. Not dependable at all — would not recommend. Zero reliability.

I ordered lemon ice tea, it tasted just of water No LEMON NO TEA!! They have reduced the cup size also, not worth it, BIG DISAPPOINTMENT

My experience of dining in there is that always they say order will take 40-45 min delayed and most of the time it late more than that.

Desi Chai tasted quite bad. We asked them to add mint which seemed artificial.
