“Absolutely pathetic experience at Chaayos.” Ordered a simple chai and ended up wasting 45 minutes of my time. First, they made me wait 30 minutes with repeated assurances that it’s “almost ready.” Then, after I followed up, they casually told me it’ll take another 15 minutes – and finally admitted they can’t serve it at all. To make it worse, instead of an immediate refund for their incompetence, they say it will take 7 days to process. This is not just poor service, it’s complete disregard for a customer’s time and money. If you value your time, avoid this outlet at all costs.

I’ve read all the reviews and seems like everyone has had to experience the service we did. Honestly, it feels like the staff are doing an alright job- they just have a pathetic manager. She not only lied to my face, but threatened me when i asked her name (Monica, as per what she says) saying that she knows my name too Bizarre experience; never happened before. I’ve never met such a brazen liar before in my life.

I sometimes don’t understand why people keep the outlets open when more than half the things on the menu are out of stock and give excuses like COD orders were too much! What am i supposed to do if you weren’t prepared.. highly disappointed.. horrible experience.. also the staff is unaware of what is and isn’t available it was so funny

Chayyos really need to spend on training their staff. I wonder what their L&D team is doing, if they have one. The outlet need to get their act together in service. I keep seeing the team at One World Center turning customers away, which leaves the store sales at 0.25X its potential, and mostly empty.

Last place on earth to go to have chai. Bad service, rude and slow staff. They take 25 mins to make a simple adrak chai. And give small cups for tea for 2 takeaway. I only visit here when i am in dire need of chai when i am unwell.

Order placement is most difficult part plus not friendly staff to help for placing order.. always confused and super slow service. Chaayos here is not recommended
