Visited this place today morning with one of my blogger friend . the ambience was quite good. However, bit disappointed by the prices and quantity of food items. The place is not pocket friendly. Food is healthy but its bit costly. 1 samosa with burger bread costs more than a 100 bucks which i didn't find worth. I ordered kulhad wali chai for my friend along with bun maska. The quantity of bun maska was very less as per the price. The kulhad chai was nice. I ordered customised desi chai. It was good but over priced. We also ordered chilly cheese toast which was worth the money i suppose as per the quantity and it was made using healthy multigrain bread which i liked. Overall experience was nice. One more thing was that the staff didn't tell us that there was an offer going on that people who are vaccinated are elligible for a free chai upto 200 bill amount. Our bill was almost 400. We came to know about the offer while we were having our breakfast. It would have better if the staff asked us regarding if we wanted to take the benefit of that offer instead of just keeping a banner at the entrance with the offer printed on it. I would rate the place as below- Ambience: 5/5 Food:4/5 Worth the money:3/5 Service:3/5

The staff was talking so loudly! We were there on a Friday Morning! We had a small meeting but half the time couldn’t hear ourselves cause they were talking so loudly! We had to ask them twice to be a little quieter! The food and hygiene is great just the staff was too loud!

I ordered the egg bun breakfast in a box, the omlette was a disaster - hard and rubbery. didn't know that someone could go wrong with an omlette until I received this. Chayoos you have great tea, I wish you food was much better. thoroughly disappointed with the omlette I received for breakfast today

Extremely Poor Service - Avoid This Cafe! I recently visited Chaayos cafe for a filter coffee, but the experience was appalling. Manager Amardeep seemed completely disinterested in attending to customers. When I finally got his attention, he struggled to operate the payment tabs, which weren't even charged. I had to help him connect the cable. Despite the technical issues, Amardeep refused to take my order manually, keeping me waiting. He then became engrossed in watching reels on his phone, ignoring me completely. When I asked what to do next, he suggested ordering directly, which could have been done from the start. To make matters worse, they didn't accept cash due to a lack of change, only offering UPI as an option. Frustrated and wasted time, I left without placing my order. The service at Chaayos cafe was abysmal, with staff seemingly uninterested in serving customers. Until they improve their service, I would strongly advise against visiting this cafe.

Ordered chai online. I had a query about my order and so I called the restaurant number on Zomato which directed me to an IVR and a customer care agent. All this for a simple instruction which he couldn't help me with anyway because he said it can't be done. What is this IVR and customer care for anyway if they can't help with a simple task like this? And he said there is no restaurant number. You're honestly a useless chain if you can't do something this basic.

So for a person who doesnt have online option in India cant visit this cafe? For a ₹135 bill today, I provided with maximum change that I had which is 535, still the lady denied change. Never going back again

Ordered bhelpuri.. Very very salty ..cudnt eat .n Zomato cudnt help at all Very dissatisfied disappointed.. Waste of money
