Chaayos is my go-to spot for a perfect cup of chai and great conversations! Their 'Make Your Own Tea' combo is a winner. The sides are delicious and the service is top-notch! However, the only drawback is that their AC doesn't function properly, which can get uncomfortable on hot days. Overall, still a great spot for chai lovers!

The AC at Vile Parle outlet never functions properly. The Manager and the outlet staff are clueless. Very soon you will lose customers. It is very annoying. Management is not getting involved in rectifying the issue is very unprofessional. Management is not bothered at all.

the ac wasn't working and the staff gave the excuse that it's been 2 days, complaint has been given but not yet rectified. for charging premium prices such shoddy excuses and service has to avoided. items are also overpriced.

Chief Manager Ashish is a hopeless person who is manner less and has no behaviour sense with the customer …strict actions need to be taken against him and on other hand team member Vishal is an amazing humble person and perfectly deals and caters to his clients

I Had been to the versova outlet this morning at 11 :40. The two girls there were like the tea will take half an hour... Or more... They were so so rude while conveying the message and they told me to go n not Wait.. Very very bad..

Very bad behaviour by the person at this particular Chaayos. Refused to give the small cup and says they are countable. We all know there is nothing served in that. Pathetic experience at this outlet.
