I ordered the Nutella french toast. The waiters were very nice and explained that french toast has a wait time which I was okay with. The french toast was nice. I think they also put cinnamon in the brioche which also tasted good. The cafe was cozy.

The waffle and the butterbeer were delicious but the price to quantity ratio was not worth it at all! A singula regular waffle served in a paper plate for 450 is outrageous.

I have always loved Chantilly, and we ensure we visit the outlet once or twice between dec-jan. We always love the hot chocolate and desserts but this time it has been a very bad experience with Chantilly. The quantity has definitely been reduced no doubt about it, the hot chocolate cup is only 3/4th filled and not even hot as it should be, but the more annoying and betraying part is the quality. it has definitely detoriated, they for sure are using some cheap compound chocolate, and also it was overly sweet. which has not been the case before. We also ordered a croissant with icecream and strawberries and the ice cream was a very cheap quality icecream. I got sick the very same night, my throat started to choke and pain. This never happens with a good quality icecream/chocolate. Not just me, my partner also felt something wrong with his throat. Chantilly this is not how you treat the people who made you what you are today. And for the premium price you charge you must give us the best products to consume. It feels sad to write this about a joint for which I have written some amazing reviews that could be found on google in the past

Went to Chantilly in early Jan/Late Dec on a random Tuesday because of the hype. Biggest letdown. Wanted a takeout, so they wouldn’t give me a seat — even though there were empty chairs inside and outside. Made us stand on the road for 15 minutes like idiots. When the order finally arrived and I went happily to collect it, the server stopped me and rudely asked for the receipt. Maybe it’s protocol, fine — but the attitude was unnecessary. He was standing right next to me when I paid, and we were literally the only people waiting outside. No other takeout orders. Nothing. Still got treated like we were doing something wrong. Spent ₹1000+ on two drinks and a dessert just to get treated like trash. Staff was rude, unwelcoming, and had zero basic courtesy. And the hot chocolate? Overhyped Spent good money just to be disrespected. Overhyped, overrated, and not worth it. Never going back again.👎

Been going here for years. So badly disappointed today. The favs were off the menu, s’mores hot choc and original choc chip cookie. The service was pathetic. Ali and chaitanya were the servers who obv didn’t believe in good service. Refused outright to let me talk to the manager who cannot be disturbed, I was told. Happy days are over for Chantilly.

The place is vacant the waiting staff is making us wait outside for no reason. And allowing others to wait outside. They do not deserve the respect and importance. Would never visit the place again.

Overhyped place with mediocre desserts and absolutely pathetic service. The wait staff had zero courtesy, behaving like they do you a favour by serving you.
