Visited Socials Chembur and had one of the worst entry experiences I’ve come across. The lady at the reception was rude, unwelcoming, and clearly lacks basic customer service skills. She told me I should have booked a Zomato table *before* entering and not “right now.” Fair enough if that’s the policy, it could have been communicated politely. But the way she said it was condescending and unnecessarily harsh. When I told her I wouldn’t be coming here again anyway, she still kept repeating herself, almost like she was more interested in lecturing than actually helping. Even after I made it clear I wasn’t interested, she continued with the same tone and topped it off with an aggressive expression that was honestly uncomfortable to deal with. Explaining a rule is one thing, the attitude she carried while doing it was completely uncalled for. Hospitality starts at the entrance, and this was a complete failure on that front. Ironically, once inside, the experience was much better. The food was good, and the service staff were polite and efficient which just makes the reception behavior stand out even more for all the wrong reasons. Good food and decent service, but the front desk experience was absolutely unacceptable and needs serious improvement.

The Reception Staff is very rude...Girl Named Alisha in Reception does not have manners to talk with guests ,very disappointed with her behaviour, she told after booking you are late so don't speak just be on side,this is utter nonsense, Please boycott Chembur Social

Visited socials after a long time; while the vibe continues, the service has become slower. Most of the items in the menu weren't available, left the restaurant without eating the food.

worst experience from this outlet... we ordered shakes and they informed no shakes available.. then a few mocktails were also not available.. took them 25 minutes to get a pitcher of beer.. we ordered 4 starters out of which only 2 were delivered ; even after waiting for 45 minutes a simple dish like french fries was mot delivered (this does not require LPG)

the guy in the front were rude just coz I'm not dressed at 1Am denies entry judging me as poor lmfao that's why never went to social anywhere coz of judgmental staff! i went there coz friends told me to come to chill after work that's the first and the last entry of social
