I’m honestly shocked at how bad the food was at Chili's. The nachos were completely inedible—soggy, stale, and somehow both cold and greasy at the same time. The toppings tasted off, like they’d been sitting out way too long. The cottage cheese burrito with ranch was even worse. The combination sounded interesting, but the execution was a disaster. The filling had a weird, unpleasant texture, and the ranch just made everything taste sour and heavy instead of adding flavor. I genuinely couldn’t take more than a few bites. For a place that’s supposed to be reliable, this was extremely disappointing. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be coming back after this experience.

We had to ask for our order and in general for things, multiple times, and the waiters were not very responsive.
