This was our first visit to Chili's Powai and it was horrible from start to finish. Despite a reservation we had to wait.We ordered two different chicken sandwiches, the Santa Fe Burger and the Big Spicy Burger and somehow they turned out to be identical despite being on the menu as separate items. The chicken in one was undercooked, the bun was stale, and both were very bland overall. The Classic Nachos were by far the worst dish, rubbery cheese, soggy chips, and stale veggies. Genuinely disgusting. The Mac and Cheese Balls and Southwest Fusion Tacos were okay, nothing memorable. For drinks, we ordered a Classic Mojito and a Mango Juice, and specifically asked our waiter for no ice in either, since one of us had a fever. Both drinks arrived loaded with ice anyway. Between the food, the wait, and the complete disregard for a simple request, this was an extremely disappointing visit.
