The service is very Very pathetic. All the staff gather at a place and talk to each other. They are not at all attentive. We had to call them again and again even for water and cleaning the table. Then we ordered Arabiatta pasta with veggies. The waiter said we do not have such dish. Then I showed him the menu. The pasta was not at all delicious, it seems like it was over cooked. The sauce was very watery and very little cheese or cream. Just the bharwa paneer tikka was tasty and very soft, but in that also stuffing was very less.

Worst place to eat food. No service no taste in food. We ordered Dimsums and butter chicken pasta. Dimsums were all broken, no taste at all. They didn't had the courtesy to serve second round. Pasta was not cooked, it took 15 mins for them to arrive at our table. Then they cooked pasta 90 percent. we paid for butter chicken pasta but got tomato sauce chicken pasta with rubbery chicken

worst attitude of the staff. asked us to wait for 10-15 mins when I was with a kid of 10 months. however, people coming after us were sent immediately. when asked for it, very arrogant attitude of the staff saying "ab ho gaya to kya kare, aur ruko thoda". worst ever attitude faced in a restaurant.

Don't eat here ! Today (31st Aug) i had gone for dinner here with my family We had ordered veg paneer chilli and in that one piece was chicken 🍗 If you are vegetarian never visit this place

Cibo hotel Matoshree using unhealthy,bad quality,freezing chicken.take action on cibo hotel Matoshree Dombivli. Most people told about unhealthy chicken Isshue.dont eat any food item.

The staff is too rude. They act like goons, even water bottle of MRP. Rs. 20/- is billed for 80/-, then the manager comes to confront u with hostility like a bouncer

We ordered Mezze platter, wedges & Fried Rice. Fried rice was horrible with a weird smell. It was very bland just veggies & rice. Other items were okayish.
