I have seen Cinnabon umpteen times on my visit to Phoenix Marketcity (Kurla) but never tried because this place is always full. This was my first visit, and I loved it. The quaint cafe or call it the dessert shop has a small but distinctive menu to sweeten your taste buds. Cinnabon is famous for handmade Cinnamon rolls with different varieties. I tried their Minibon & Cappuccino Combo for my evening coffee, and it was a well-deserved treat. The Minobon was soft, and the cappuccino was decently prepared.

Only tried the cinabon which was a good different sweet bread item. The flavour of cinnamon is a rare find so must try

they cook the cinnabons there fresh! i got the classic minibon for ₹100. it was tasty.

I had ordered for 4 muffins and they delivered only 2, however took the money for 4! The staff was not trained at all. took forever for registering the order and delivering. very un professional.

The people working at the Phoenix Market City outlet are horribly incompetent. I specifically asked them to heat my cinnabon. After they gave me the cinnabon, again I asked them if they heated it. They said yes. When we ate it 2 mins later, it was cold as if just taken out from a fridge. Pathetic service by the people working there.

the place is so unhygienic. flies were all around and the order took too long to get served it was just a iced latte. there is no cleanliness at all.

I didn't get what I ordered and when I'm trying the contact number there is no response, absolutely worst service. Not able to contact to get refund.

Coffee is spilled. Packing was not proper. Order was also delayed by 40 minutes. Same thing had happened before too

very unhygenic. cockroaches were in the food cabinet n staff was not bothered .
