I had a total panic moment today, but it ended up turning into the sweetest story! I was at Cinnabon enjoying a treat when I suddenly realized I had accidentally thrown my retainer into the trash. Anyone who wears one knows that sudden, terrible feeling of dread. I nervously asked the staff for help, and I was honestly blown away by how amazing they were. Without a single second of hesitation, they rolled up their sleeves and literally put their hands right into the dustbin to help me search for it. They didn't make me feel embarrassed at all—they were just so unbelievably kind, patient, and sweet about the whole thing. Against all odds, they found it! I left Cinnabon today not just grateful to have my retainer back, but so touched by the genuine goodness of the staff. Truly restored my faith in humanity!

Absolutely love the place !! The cinnamon rolls are creamy and delicious. The classic Cinnabon is always an all time favourite. They also offer a chocolate variant called chocobon for the chocolate lovers. The caramel Pecanbon is another amazing addition. dipped in a caramel frosting and topped with pecans. They also offer a minibon series and bite sized cups to grab on the go. Would definitely recommend getting a classic with a hot cup of coffee to start the day !

Cinnabon from Grand Central have always been so co operative, the staff members are too good and understanding, Mr. Raj the manager of the store is very excellent in providing good staff activities. Gpod, hygenic and delicious snacks available, for people who have not been to cinnabon please visit the outlet soon... Highly recommended

I ordered the Caramel Pecanbon and loved the flavours and the quantity. I microwaved it for a few seconds before eating and the bon was sufficiently moist to my liking. Would definitely order the same again

Excellent Cinnabon with good proportions - proper mix of white and dark choclate !!!!! Work trying - perfect taste . Would love to try more at this cute kiosk !!!!!!

True to its name, Cinnabon Classic with a Cream Cheese Topping was a Sugar Heaven to all those with a Sweet Tooth. Would also recommend the Pistachio Cupcake.

My experience was very disappointing. I was expecting warm, soft, and gooey bites of cinnamon goodness, similar to their famous cinnamon rolls. However, what I received was far from that. The sticks were stale and dry, lacking the freshness and indulgence I associate with Cinnabon. It felt as if they had been sitting out for a while, losing their original texture and flavor. I was genuinely disappointed because I had high expectations based on their reputation for delicious treats. I hope that Cinnabon addresses these issues and takes steps to ensure the freshness and quality of their menu items in the future. Until then, I would hesitate to recommend their cinnamon items to others.

Very disappointing. How can you guys charge for such a tiny slice of banana cake for rs 100??? Also not fresh in taste . Please don’t fool ur customers online
