Heavenly Thai Lunch at Citrus Café – Sawasdee (Hello in Thai) from Mumbai! After months of heavy rains, today’s bright Sunday felt like winter’s gentle arrival. After rich, oily Navratri and Dussehra meals, we craved something light, fresh, and full of veggies. Citrus Café at Lemon Tree Premier delivered an authentic Thai vegetarian lunch truly worth every bite. The Thai Green Curry with Jasmine Rice was a standout—creamy coconut milk, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, balanced spices, tofu, broccoli, and carrots. The fluffy Jasmine Rice soaked up the rich curry perfectly. Each bite was a fresh journey to Thailand. We finished with traditional Ras Malai and fresh butterscotch ice cream—a perfect dessert. The ambiance was inviting with cozy sofas, elegant crockery, and a relaxing vibe. Ample parking with EV charging made parking hassle-free. Staff Yashashree and Kartik were warm, energetic, and attentive, letting us enjoy the meal worry-free. Manager Mr. Bhavik and Chef Dravit ensured an excellent dining experience. After lunch, we relaxed by the peaceful poolside—an oasis next to Mumbai’s T2 airport. Tip: The Thai/Chinese menu is served 12:30 pm–3 pm. Advance booking is recommended, especially Sundays, as it’s popular with airline crews. Citrus Café offers authentic Thai cuisine with warm hospitality and thoughtful conveniences. Highly recommended!

The food spread was utterly sad.. their dry, stale desserts were the most disappointing of all, the salads were unappetizing, watermelon were not even deseeded, their only beverage was a cheap concoction. When asked for some edible bread to go with the soup as they had displayed old dry full loafs, they could never bring any .. All in all, their dinner buffet did not meet our lowest expectations even. On top of this, they unethically levied service charges also in the bill, which was inappropriate as we opted for self-service buffet. This place is not recommended at all, not worth the money spent.

The spread was very weak. Hardly any desserts, plus there was a lot of delay in refilling. Overall, bad experience and I won’t come here again.

The food was very very average. It simply had no taste. The variety was abysmally low. We asked for mutton and the chef did manage a bowl for us, but it looked boiled and added to the gravy hence no one had it. AC On one side of the restaurant was not working properly, so the staff helped us to the other side of the restaurant, where the AC was overhead, but unfortunately had water droplets falling over us. The usual practice here is to add the service charges to the price, which was what was done when I inquired the pp all in cost. Since I particularly mentioned to not add, it wasn’t.
