today was my first time visiting coast and bloom as I've heard amazing reviews I was very excited to try this place. being a Sunday it was very crowded so I feel the servers were also all over the place. first we ordered prawn stuffed bombil extremely salty that we had to send it back super disappointed.. ordered a ginger ale which came with a dirty glass had I not pointed it the waiter was going to serve it in that dirty glass that's jus lack of attention .. then we ordered the lobster thermidor which only looked good and had barely any pieces of lobster there were more mushrooms & as per the menu the price shows 1495 but I was charged 2100 for a lobster as per size ... which is so disappointing as I asked the waiter and he pointed that out on the menu .. so how could I be charged a different charged ... charging 2100 for a lobster with no meat and jus presentation is so pointless. I think we are jus paying for presentation super unethical. plus they don't even have an optional service charge option . honestly never going back to this place as the first experience was bad and not even going to recommend this

Coming from the legacy of Chaitanya, I honestly felt quite disappointed with my experience at Coast and Bloom. We started with a simple order of Diet Coke, which ideally should have been the first thing to arrive at the tablebut instead, the liver fry came out first, and the drink followed almost 10 minutes later. It set the tone for what turned out to be a rather frustrating dining experience. Our Surmai fry order was brought incorrectly twice, and we had to keep following up with the staff for basic things like spoons and tissues, which never came the first time we asked. It felt like we were constantly trying to get attention rather than enjoying our meal. We also ordered Kharvas, only to find out after waiting for 10 minutes that the order was never even placed. To add to that, we had requested a parcel for the gravy left from our Komdi Vade, which never made it to the table. What made things worse was the unexpected addition of a service charge in the bill, mentioned as “S. C
