4 stars coz most of the things on the menu were out of stock. right from sandwiches to deserts. else it's 5star for me. loved the hot chocolate, focaccia melt and Italian herb sandwich. basque cheese cake wasn't great but ok.

Good service but somehow the Frappuccino wasn’t cold enough. To the staffs credit they tried to get it right the second time but then we said forget it.
