The ice cream is amazing specially Vanilla... so pure and creamy... worth every penny... 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 The Classic cold coffee is average.. can do better and make it a little more thicker .... Pasta is very creamy and so good but the quantity could be more...

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order. The butter croissant I received was not warm or freshly baked as I had expected. Similarly, the hot beverage ( Hot chocolate) also failed to meet my expectations in terms of temperature. I hope this feedback can be used to improve the quality of future offerings. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Their cakes were one of the best initially. I had a very disappointing experience with the representatives today. I had ordered a Mango Cheesecake for a special occasion, but unfortunately, the wrong cake was sent. This was a major disappointment, as the cake was not what I had requested or expected. To make matters worse, the representative was completely unresponsive when I tried to contact them about the mistake they disconnected the phone call. I tried calling multiple times, but my calls were not answered. As if that wasn't bad enough, the cake also arrived very late, causing major inconvenience and stress for me and my guests. The miscommunication and lack of attention to detail from this service were truly unacceptable. Overall, I would not recommend this store again. Their mistakes, lack of responsiveness, and poor communication left me feeling let down and disappointed. There are plenty of other options out there that can provide better service and a more reliable experience.

Disappointing experience at Cocoa Cafe, Virar. The Burrata Romesco with Grilled Veggies Pizza was served cold. When I informed the server, the response was that it was a wood-fired pizza and the AC was on, which was not an appropriate response. The table was dirty and not wiped/sanitized, with no water glasses, oregano, or chilli flakes provided. Flies were present, raising hygiene concerns, and AC water was leaking and spilling onto the table. Overall, poor food temperature, service, hygiene, table setup, and maintenance. Management should seriously focus on staff training, cleanliness, hygiene, and guest service standards.

The pastries were good before but now the quality and service has gone down. I ordered 2 pastries and the packaging was so bad that the pastries got mixed with each other. On top of that, the biscoff cheesecake was burnt. Really disappointed and won’t be ordering again.

Even after having wood fire oven, the pizza was more like a dough given instead of nice and toasty pizza with raised corners. Service was bad like the managers didnt got back with dips or salt which were asked for.
