The food here was great, so was the ambience and the service. Naina was really great, she gave us a complimentary cheesecake too. Chef Chaitali's Chipotle Paneer was superb and really tasty

I went there 2 days back! I ordered the OG Avo toast, peach ice tea and ra ra raspberry cookie! The Avo toast was simply superbb - one of the best I have had in recent times! Must try

Before visiting the place i thought the food would be okay and only dessert would be great. But that's not the case, the food was also great 😋

I went to this establishment with my mum and sister on Saturday. We've tried Coco Cart's other outlets but this was the worst of them all. To begin with, their washroom isn't even in the cafe but in a building near by. Which can be intimidating if you're a woman going there alone. Service 0/10. I ordered a Tiramisu Latte, Chocolate Pin wheel, 2 Cappuccinos and one Red Velvet. the server took notice of the order. In came the Latte. I noticed the "generous dallop of mascarpone" was missing. When I asked the server about it, he said no it's fine. I showed him the menu with the words written on it, he apologized and took back the drink. It was okay, everyone makes mistakes. The drink comes back, mascarpone has sunk to the bottom, server apologies. But remember the other things which we had ordered? The desserts? They don't show up. We wait. mind you, the cafe is practically empty. The manager seems CLUELESS. Staff is untrained. I don't blame the staff if the manager seems so out of it. anyway, cappuccinos arrive. They're cold. We don't bother sending them back because we are starving at this point and honestly tired after a long day. Pin wheel comes in, it's great. Still waiting on the cheesecake which is JUST sitting in display. My sister mentions it to the server he says "sure". No action is taken. we're done with our coffees and one dessert. When my sister decides to go pay that's when the guy is like "Wait! your dessert!" What do they expect us to do? wait on our heels for something that does NOT consider the customers time in an empty cafe? It is different if the cafe is busy and it was a genuine error on the staffs part. This thing had been repeated to TWO different servers, that's just incompetence. We pay for what we had eaten and head out. But the server stops us because "he charged us less than what we due". he came in with a different/increased receipt. The difference was... service charge. I was fuming by then. The AUDACITY to ask for service tax while their service has been horrible. I went to the manager and he was just like okay whatever, no apology, no embarassment. This place is a money grab and has soured my experience completely. This is Kaka- Kart.

One of the poor service from coco cart where we reached by 10:35-10:40pm the whole cafe was occupied except 1 table and after placing the whole order the staff denied to dine in saying it’s only take away as we are closing….. which was really upset and asked them to cancel the order and as reached at the door the staff called us back and asked us to sit and again another staff denied to sit and said it’s a closing time where the cafe was still occupied with some tables and told them the same that I’ll not take more then 10-15 mins till the other tables are occupied…. But looks like staff was more interested in insulting us instead of serving the dessert as we had come running from my dinner leftover at home Complete negligence and unprofessional behaviour from coco cart…. Would never recommend to come and have as the staff is not bothered to serve.
