The service is really poor, we had to keep checking on our order, and they in fact forgot one order until we reminded them. It honestly is very under staffed especially on a weekend.

The washroom was so traumatising….smelt foul and there was poop on the seat. Killed the vibe. Never going back, despite the cafe vibe being beautifully curated

It took us 40 Mins to get our waffles and it was so bad. Also there were quite a few flies in the restaurant.

One of the first restaurants, where clients are asked to share seats while the management takes the centre seats to work/chat. The lady (manager?) was pretty snooty and unkind so much that we had to transform our order to takeaway (and also heard the lady later enquire if ours was a takeaway order - as if we made a crime by sitting there). We had a less than a year old and a 2 YO with us. They handed over crayons and papers to them (which we thought was a nice gesture), and when one of them scratched the table top with it, the scolding that we got. I admit for once we moved our eyes and the mishap happened but the humiliation later was something else. If you don't want kids or rather babies in your cafe, advertise it boldly on the main gate. Honestly, no one would mind rather admire you for being upfront! As a result, both the babies had meltdown and we had to leave immediately. Coming to the food, the mango and cream was pretty delectable and nicely whipped. We were also enjoying the cheesecake till we found a strand of hair in it and had to discard. The matcha coconut drink was not up to the mark - it tasted powdery. Coming to the ambience, it was good - at least the outside sitting area. it was cramped and humid inside.

This is the most horrible place and is just lucky because of its location. The placement of tables and chairs were so close that there was no place to walk. The surface was uneven as well, so my partner landed up falling and twisting his ankle. He just got saved from hurting his face by this sharp edged stand which was clearly out of place. They only moved tables and made place for people to walk after I raised it. Nobody from the staff came to enquire if any first aid was required. You gain loyal customers only by showing basic empathy and providing decent service. Never going back. They need serious training on hospitality!

It’s the worst place I have been to, the food the ambience, nothing is upto the mark. The food was stale and the coffee was pathetic, plus the service was extremely slow making the experience nothing less than pain amd irritation. This place is not even close to any recommendation!

The restaurant has a cat running around in the restaurant, encroaching the food area and tables. The staff refuses do anything about. Can only imagine what the behind the scenes food safety is.
