Fruit boba- Lychee and watermelon is an amazing flavour combo. Truffle Fries were a little too salty, Ambience is amazing. Would visit again!

I have loved coming to this Di Bella outlet over the years since its opened. However, today was the second time I was majorly disappointed to the point that I’ve decided not to go back. We go to cafés for the experience. Here’s why mine was terrible this time: 1. Staff: They have just one guy taking care of all the tables. The rest of the staff is least interested. Therefore, the overworked one couldn’t attend to the tables properly. 2. The Ac and the WiFi were not working. The fans for people sitting outside were not ON. No music. It almost felt like they wanted people to quickly have whatever they want and leave. There were signs of cost cutting which just made the experience poor for even their old customers to return. As there was no sim network, no wifi to pay the bill, I had to pay by cash for a table I booked via Zomato with a Rs25 fee, eventually losing out on the 20% discount.

Coffee by dibella and Quattro bistro has really degraded themselves. I have been going to this place since years and for some reason recently they have changed their food menu fine increased food prices maybe fine but for what food u can barely see and be satisfied with. I use to be a big fan of their avocado toast and it’s very disappointing to see that they have changed their usual focaccia bread to small ridiculous piece of toast. I use to recommend this place to my friends but now I can’t.

Very slow waiters, they won't attend to you for 10 minutes and once they're done you'll have to wait 20 more minutes for them to grace you with their presence.
