This coffee shop is very good. I have come here since 1 year. Their service and food quality staff is very particular in their work. I like their food that is very much delicious. Specially I probably eat French fries and pasta with white sauce. finally I will say visit this coffee shop at once

Regular with ginger tea specially prepared by NIRMALA, refreshes mood, the service provided by entire staff at hill Road is excellent Good atmosphere

The pastries here are amazing and specially the chocolate pastry, some dishes are over priced as per the quantity however the deserts and some coffees are very good, place is hygienic and nice place to be with friends though, also the staff is good and humble...

lack of cleanliness and lack of management. they need more service staff to cater to all guests in time. Most irritating thing was the fly all over the cafe.

The place is lovely,great location. Women staff are very friendly. But the men behind the counter are so noisy, grumbling and fighting loudly with each other, both the times I visited! It takes away from a cafe being a calm, peaceful place to catch a break or work. I had to tell them to quiet down. Kindly look into this to not loose on customers

They have downgraded the quality of the freakshake, been to many outlets before and would always leave me amazed having a freakshake... But this is the first time that I wasn't pleased having a freak shake Only The presentation looks good but the taste was awwful never ever gonna visit this outlet
