The place is good. Cafe is really nice, food is good but service was very slow. Now they have expanded to 1st floor. So service on 1st floor I found very slow. I like their waffle and hot chocolate. But everytime I had to visit the ground floor counter tell them, be it cleaning the table when I entered or placing my next orders. Also my order room longer time after again reminding them, I got to know it wasn't placed. Keeping this experience aside. The food was really good. We ordered following dishes. sandwich 4/5 hot chocolate, 5/5 cold coffee 4/5 Aglio e olio pasta. 3.5/5

I love Di bella esp waffles and coffee here. The place is ambient and a nice one to hang out with friends and even alone. Its spacious for a coffee place with seating both indoors and outdoors. My fav is rocky road waffles and cappuccino. They offer both sweet and savoury options in food plus so many beverages. I had- Gold coffee, croissant, grilled chicken, waffles and freakshake from here and everything were absolutely delicious. I went with my friend and we both literally had a great time conversing and eating here.

Cafe is located inside quite lanes of Mahim. Decent interiors with indoor and outdoor seating options. Food 4/5 - We had Caramel Spanish Latte, Cinnamon Dulce Latte and Nutella Waffle. Overall experience was good. Limited options in food section. They have varieties in waffles only. Interiors 4/5 Service 4/5

I have been a regular customer at Di Bella and have always enjoyed my visits. However, my recent experience at this particular outlet was extremely disappointing. I had ordered the Chicken Red Sauce Penne Pasta, but the dish was served in a very careless manner. It appeared as though it had simply been dumped onto the plate. The cheese was completely dried up, suggesting that it was possibly an old order, and the chicken pieces were unusually large more suited for a curry than a pasta dish. The quality and presentation were far below the standard I expect from Di Bella. Adding to the unpleasant experience, when we shifted our table, the waiter placed the bill on our table without even asking if we wished to order anything further. This lack of courtesy and attentiveness was disheartening. As a loyal customer, I felt both disappointed and dissatisfied with this visit, and I sincerely hope that this feedback will be taken seriously to improve both the food quality and service at this outlet.

Di Bella at Shivaji Park is a sorry excuse for a café. All the air conditioners were out of order, and nobody seemed to care about the comfort of the customers. The staff looked completely disinterested, and the food was just horrible — far from what Di Bella used to be known for. I genuinely used to enjoy coming here, but after this experience, I don’t think I’ll ever return.

Ordered for waffle took more than 1 hour to make it. When asked twice why is it delayed the casher argues saying itna he time lagta hai. Really bad attitude. Instead of being sorry for delay the casher argues as if he is serving free of cost

We went to the place and ordered something thinking that the place is open till 3am. The waiter starts switching off the lights, switched off the AC and got the bill to our table without even asking for anything else at 12:45 AM.

The new upgraded place in Mahim is very nice but the service is poor , the last two times I have been here they have given the same excuse that their pizza oven is broken. I waited for 45 for an order.. bad service

Tried their matcha bubble tea.. matcha tasted good but the boba were all stuck to each other and they all stayed at the end together whereas its meant to be separated.. also it was not properly cooked..

The service is very poor. They are under staffed. Our table was not even cleared. They took half an to come and take order and even more time to serve our order.
