Di bella has always been my goto coffee place. The versova outlet is just 2 mins from the beach. The aroma of freshly grounded coffee beans will make you want coffee as soon as u enter the outlet. The vibe is calm and cozy. U can spot couples on a coffee date and also ppl doing online work. Kudos to Sneha Jadhav for excellent service. What we ordered Java chip frappee - topped with cream and choco chips this was refreshing. The mango freakshake - this limited edition mango freakshake was a killer. I just loved every spoon/sip of it. PERFECT. At di bella u will never have a bad coffee day

Found the perfect brew here after Starbucks. Their waffles were so savoury and over whelmingly mouth watering I can't explain. The coffee is perfect and one of the place to have talks over a sip.

I have been to different branches of cafe di bella but my experience in this one was the worst. They didn't have ac working so the indoor was a nightmare to sit in and being located near the beach the location is indeed great but the service is disappointing. The hot chocolate was so bad we couldn't even finish it, the coffee was average and the ventilation needless to say was bad. We changed table 4times! Disappointing experience.

Experience was not poor due to staff or food. A cat in the restaurant attacked a pet dog and then pounced on my mother. My mum has multiple bite wounds and got multiple vaccines with more pending for the month. Found out the cat frequents the place. Will not be returning but hope nobody else has to go through it at your restaurant.

Even though there was no crowd. Service was worst . Waited half hour for bill , remaining change was not even given back without asking .

Dirty tables and washroom, uncooperative staff, mediocre coffee and more than half the stuff on the menu wasn’t even available.

Pathetic service, only 1 staff. It took them 35 mins to serve me 2 coffee's. After asking the staff after 30 mins how long will it take, he asked if i still wanted the coffee or not. And its not maintained at all.
