Today I had been to coffeescape - Ramada it is a amazing place for the family. The food was very delicious. service staff is very friendly to the guest.There are different type of variety of dishes🥰🥰

Excellent Sunday brunch, at comparative price. Lots choice to spoil you package also include swimming and games, they even had two live counters. Our entire family had wonderful weekend with Ramada team.

Their breakfast buffet has a wide range of food in there you can have a live counter . and different types of bakery items . i love their food so much I will surely visit again and good ambiance

One of the most and favorite restaurant in Navi mumbai my family. We Love food and service quality. Specially food non- veg starts wow great test mouths watering. As well desserts.

It has Nice food and presentation. Overall ambiance were sophisticated as per corporate & social but Best part of our dining was a girl who was serving to us and her name I guess was Sanjana, she took very personal Care of my old age family members n kids.

I didn't want to put review on any social media but there was no place for it on official website!!! I was super excited when I saw the big advertisement from ramada about brunch along with use of swimming pool and few kids games and decided to spend my birthday at this place. I booked the table in advance for 3 ppl at 1230 but due to professional commitment was little late to arrive. At the entry i was directed to my table and we started our brunch. Drinks served were average (masala cola lacked masala and kulfi milkshake was too thin). Loved the love counter I.e. dosa and chaat. Veg and non veg menu was good but not too good. No variety of rice except steamed rice. I thought of going to swimming pool after paying the bill, but there was only one person to collect the bill, he took good 15 mins to give me the bill. We asked the person who collected the bill whether we can use swimming pool and he said yes we can. Hence after payment we moved to swimming pool and went to change into swimming costume but the guy at the swimming pool didn't allow us to enter and informed us that only club members and people staying at hotel can use swimming pool. This really irritated me. After enquiring he asked us to get some voucher from the reception. That was it...we decided to walk away in disappointment from the service and spend some quality time at someplace else(specially my kid was super disappointed). My points is that if you are advertising use of swimming pool, your swimming pool guy should know it (he was unaware that there is something called brunch and he is supposed to allow ppl buying brunch at swimming pool, nor did the reception was aware of such thing). If at all there is such thing as voucher for swimming pool exist, it should have been told to us when we asked about swimming pool use to person who collected the bill. It is my humble request to the management that please do not spoil somebody's special due to your poor service and interdepartmental non communication (I won't say miscommunication).

We were expecting a great range with great taste and a good experience when we choose ramada. We were disappointed with the food , the mutton was tough and extremely salty, the soup was watery for cream of spinach and the malpua was just not right. What was even more disappointing is that the manager kept pushing for a discount when we were asking him to improve the food. Certainly needs a class in customer management especially because he dissappeared in the end. We were offered a 10% discount but since when does a discount satiate taste buds It was a total waste of money and time...Guess our last visit..really disappointed
