This is for Vishal! He was absolutely OBNOXIOUS. It is impossible to write everything in a paragraph because there were a series of things that he did that were absolutely BIZARRE! Extremely rude and consistently uncourteous. I would like the cafe to make sure he’s penalized, having such employees is bad for your goodwill.

Extremely rude staff member (Vishal). He fought with us, questioned our ability to pay ‘ service charges ‘ and asked us to pay for utilities that we ‘ used ‘ (AC, furniture), etc. I would highly recommend everyone to avoid this restaurant.

The service was very bad and the waiters were rude while dealing with the bill. When asked for the takeaway of a drink they gave the drink with the used straw that was dripping all over the cup.

DISASTER!!! The first cafe a SOBO guy tries from Navi Mumbai turns out to be like this. This made me never visit Navi Mumbai for food again.
