Escaped the summer heat with a visit to Coppetto Artisan Gelato, Oshiwara, and it turned out to be the perfect sweet retreat. The space instantly sets the mood — chic interiors, cozy indoor seating, and blissful air-conditioning that feels like a reward on a hot Mumbai afternoon. The hospitality deserves a special mention too. A quick shoutout to Rabish and Ajay for being incredibly warm and accommodating — they happily helped us click pictures without a second thought, which always adds to the experience. Now, onto the star of the show: the gelato. We sampled quite a spread — Mango, Raspberry Sorbet, Salted Caramel, Ferrero Rocher, Dark Chocolate, and Tiramisu. While every flavour had its own charm, the Tiramisu completely stole the spotlight with its indulgent, coffee-kissed richness. But my personal pick? The Sicilian Pistachio. Absolutely divine. The texture was luxuriously rich and creamy, with the nuttiness shining through beautifully. What made it memorable was the perfect balance — subtle sweetness paired with just the right hint of saltiness. Every spoonful felt decadent yet comforting. Pure pistachio bliss. If you’re a dessert lover looking for a cozy escape and artisanal gelato done right, this spot deserves a place on your Mumbai food list.

Small and good place for amazing Gelato's. Loved the staff at the outlet. They made us taste all the flavours we wanted to taste before we could decide on the flavour we wanted to have Blue berry yogurt and the Ferrero Rocher were the best flavours they had amongst all. The dark chocolate was 70% dark which is a heaven for the pallette (if you like dark chocolate) I surely recommend this place for a quick dessert run.

Hands down to the BEST gelatos in the town but they really need to improve their hospitality. The staff is really unwelcoming! I’ve been to this place a lot of times but this one experience really disappointed me. I saw d closing timing of store on zomato (it was showing close by 12am) I reached d location at 11:50 but couldn’t find d parking. I was at their gate at 11:55 but the staff didn’t allowed us to enter, he said the management has told to shut the gate by 11:50 & so on, thou on zomato it was still showing “its open”. I told him we’ve come from a far place just to have their Ice cream. Later he allowed us! Usually ice creams are meant to eat late at nite but they’re very strict with their closing timings. What I didn’t liked is; when it’s 12o’clock the staff comes & put the shutter down and they don’t even let the customer to finish off their ice cream and ask them to leave the premises. It’s little overpriced too.

Frankly, I planned to visit her, however, after listening frm my friends and all the reviews I read here, I cant have a ruthful ice cream experience because of staff behaviour being rude ! Thank you guys for saving me !

Had one of the worst hot chocolates in Mumbai. It was nothing merely than a rock solid stiff thick Morde chocolate which was extremely sweet and hot and there was absolutely no hot chocolate vibe, it was purely pathetic. Please don’t have hot chocolate from here, the ice creams are good but not this. Thanks ☺️

Purchased ice cream and asked for a glass of water. They said they do not serve water and I should go to the medical and purchase water. A food shop refused to serve water. What a time to be alive. 👍
