The Signature flavour is PISTACHIO. There are many more other options also available in the menu like shakes and coffees and many more .. A good place to have an ice cream 🍦 🍨 ICE CREAM IN CONE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FROM MY SIDE ...

Was appalled with change of container or big tin froM glass jar to paper tub. In two days the gelato started smelling of paper and we couldn’t finish it . This is a high end premium gelato brand and cutting cost for packaging is really myopic . Of late the ice creams have started becoming high on sweetness too . Toshin brand still continues the taste and quality when it comes to premium gelato brands . Good coppetto goes back to glass jars for take away tubs

The love Coppetto icecream. A fan since their first outlet in Bandra and I have recommended it to all of my family and friends. I recently visited the Chowpatty outlet. The icecream was nice but they really need to work on the staff. I usually prefer the Bandra outlet because of the over all experience. The staff at Chowpatty is rude and demotivated. I usually don’t mention any names in particular but a staff named Sushant was extremely rude. Such good icecream with a worst customer experience really is an issue. Don’t think will visit again.

We ordered two icecreams in cones and as we started eating, we werr told we are not allowed to eat the icecream THAT THEY SOLD TO US within the shop. The shop has ample space for atleast 2 tables, or they could just put in a bench. Zomato says this branch has seating. But the staff seams like they did not want to clean up after the customers. Ice creams were really good. We will obviously never return to this establishment.

Had a strange experience. They refused to serve as I declined to give my name. The person at the counter said that to complete the process he would require my name. Refused to share my name with a complete stranger and so came back without having the gelato. Don't understand why they want a name just for serving a scoop of icecream.
