The experience brought back a lot of nostalgia and made my birthday even more special. The food was amazing, especially the classic dishes such as Cheese nachos, the onion rings and chole Bhature and the sizzling brownie with vanilla was an absolute bliss. No one can match its taste. The staff was extremely efficient and treats every customers like family. Indeed an absolutely beautiful experience that brought back many memories for me n my friend. May Cream Centres legacy always live on! Thank you for the wonderful food n experience!

Its a ritual in our family…. If you are at south mumbai - lunch or snacks here is mandatory & the best part is they never disappoint.

Terrible experience at Cream Centre. The food quality has completely fallen — cold, substandard, and not worth eating. We waited 45 minutes for it. Staff refused to serve dishes that were clearly available. When we tried to order more, they were arrogant and refused to take the order. The service was rude and unprofessional. It was so bad that we had to leave midway after paying the bill. They have the worst waiters in town and while they are serving us food they are sweating .. Cream Centre has clearly become arrogant because of its name and has zero regard for customers. This is the worst restaurant experience I’ve had in Mumbai. Never returning, and I would not recommend it to anyone… This happened on 23rd August on a Sunday afternoon..

except for Indian food, every dish was below average, Nachos came with hardly any cheese, Enchiladas toh came without cheese and was overly liquid gravy, restaurant is over rushed and just concentrate on making business, pathetic kithen services ... ice cream soda was like without ice cream
