this incident happened yesterday around 8:30 p.m.. we were waiting for our turn to eat since 15 to 20 minutes as guided by the receptionist miss Nikita. she told us that we would be able to eat after 20 25 minutes however after 40 to 45 minutes still we did not get a chance to enter the restaurant. this was because miss Nikita was not following the list as written in the waiting book. bluntly mixed all the guests and did not allow the first come first serve service. moreover the conduct was not very nice for someone who is regular to your restaurant. kindly take action we were not happy yesterday neither with the behaviour nor with the service.

No hygiene at all. There was a dead insect in our food. We ordered nachos and mexican bowl. There was an insect in Mexican bowl. Please use caution in visiting Cream centre as they don't maintain any hygiene. Luckily I took a picture of the food with dead insect because the staff immediately took it from my hand and took it to the kitchen so that I couldn't alarm others.
