Location: Cream Centre, Palladium Mall, Lower Parel, Mumbai ​Ambience: Vibrant, comfortable, and well-maintained—great for a relaxed meal while shopping or visiting the mall. ​Service: Quick, polite, and attentive staff even during peak hours. ​Food & Experience: Tried some of their classic comfort foods and sizzlers. The quality and taste were consistently good, making it a reliable spot for vegetarians. (Note: Visited with family as a group of three, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their respective picks!) happy eating...

We had a great experience! The food was delicious, and Mithilesh was extremely kind and courteous. He made sure we were served the best meals and took great care of us. Excellent service and a lovely experience overall. Highly recommended! 😊

The food and services are excellent. However, this is the second time that Nachos are unavailable… The most iconic dish was unavailable and that’s the only thing we have been craving for more than 3 months.

I went at CC around 10.30 and he asked us that 11pm will be the last order and if our name is there we will get the food we got the table at 10.45 and we instantly ordered soup nachos and chole bhature where he denied that nachos are not available even though it was served at the next table after that we asked for sizzler so the captain denied even giving that even though the whole restaurant was getting that they said since it’s the last order time chef won’t be making more items Such pathetic service and the whole team they are rude and ill mannered if they don’t wish to serve people they should not even take the customers. We are genuinely paying and asking for food

We have been ardent cream centre lovers since a long long time. It is truly heartbreaking to see this venture not living upto its former pride. Despite waiting for more than 40mins, The receptionist continued to allot tables to the people after us. After repeatedly approaching her, she kept asking us to wait. When I questioned her on the allotment to the people after us - she literally told me "If this is what you think, then it's ok" I mean, What a disappointment.
