Really love the experience the senior jayesh was really helpful. even nasreen was very polite and gave good service. the only one thing was the seating we got was at the front of door.. kind of distracting but manageable...

Horrible staff honestly I mean I've been to socials before and I would say by far the worse outlet. They make you stand at the bar and don't offer you know the table and then when you go and ask them why didn't we get a table their excuse is that we are just two people however they were fine giving tables to couples and groups on sharing basis very very weird and on top of that after the chaos we get a table and instead of getting the food on our table after explaining and telling multiple servers they obviously don't understand and question me how will they find my food if I was at the bar and me explaining clearly ask for people who didn't pay at the bar because any sane person would check with the bar instead of asking the customer to keep pushing them to a limit that they give up. And this one particular server very disgustingly made a face at me because I told him that this is not how the service should be and told me to not talk to him. I mean if I'm not supposed to tell the server a problem that I'm facing and his inability to understand then him making a disgusting face and not wanting me to raise my tone then you should make sure that customers are spoken to and treated properly. Wanting to be treated with respect comes with treating with respect.

I recently visited this place and it was one of the most pathetic restaurant experiences I have ever had. The staff were extremely unprofessional, rude, and completely uninterested in helping customers. When I asked if there was a table available for two people, they barely responded. After asking again, I was bluntly told there was no availability. What was even more ridiculous was that I could clearly see empty seats inside the restaurant. When I asked how long the waiting time would be, no one had the courtesy to give a proper answer. One staff member said there were two groups ahead of us, but when asked for an estimate, they casually said they had “no idea.” It is shocking that people working there have no clue how to manage seating or customer queries. Only after repeatedly asking did one staff member finally say the wait would be around half an hour. The entire interaction felt disorganized, careless, and disrespectful. This place seriously needs to train its staff in basic customer service, communication, and professionalism. Completely unacceptable experience.

The food and ambience is ok but I would specifically mention Jayesh Pawar whose behaviour was highly inappropriate and bad and also ended up spoiling the entire experience for us.
