We had a wonderful experience at Dakshin, ITC. We visited to celebrate my father's birthday, and the entire team made the occasion truly special. The food was exceptional, the ambiance was warm and elegant, and the service was outstanding throughout our visit. What touched us most was the staff's thoughtful gesture of celebrating our recent wedding as well by arranging a cake, even though we had come primarily for my father's birthday. Since we have visited this restaurant multiple times, the team recognized us and made us feel valued and welcomed. A big thank you to the entire team for their hospitality and attention to detail. Their personalized service is one of the reasons we keep coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and memorable celebrations.

Had a wonderful lunch at Dakshin, ITC Grand Central. The food truly stood out distinct flavors, authentic taste, and beautifully crafted dishes that made the entire experience memorable. A special mention to Khushi, Raj, and Chef Prakash for their exceptional hospitality. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine courtesy added a personal touch to the dining experience. we were celebrating a birthday with family on 1st Jan. Anay and khushi were so helpful, attentive and courteous. thanks to them we had a wonderful time. Food is excellent and thanks to the chef for arranging nut free food alternatives in the thali.

Excellent food and ambience, overall an amazing experience. Raj was brilliant and helped a lot with the selections as well. Would recommend to ask him for the suggestions as well

We went with a lot of anticipation for a good Onam meal . The meal was not authentic and service sketchy . I have had some great meals at Dakshin a decade ago . Today was an extremely disappointing experience .
