Dakshin Legacy, BKC is a really nice find if you’re in the mood for good Indian food. The food is honestly the highlight. They serve both South and North Indian, but as a South Indian, some dishes really stood out for me. The flavours felt very familiar like festive home food. Comforting, rich, and just done right 💕 The Dakshin Special Ghee Roast is definitely a must try! The place itself is beautifully done with an Indian-themed aesthetic. subtle, not overdone, but clearly well thought out. The attention to small details really adds to the whole experience. Service was smooth and pleasant throughout. Overall, a solid spot for a good Indian meal in BKC.

Went to Dakshin Legacy recently and the prawns completely stole the show. Had their Andhra-style prawn dish and the masala was unreal—spicy, slightly tangy, and coating each piece perfectly without overpowering the freshness of the prawns. Easily some of the best I’ve had in a while. The crab was good, but honestly felt like the prawns were the hero here. Also, their cocktails deserve a mention—the names are super fun and the drinks actually live up to them (not just gimmicky). Loved the balance and presentation. Service was warm and they helped with recommendations.

Some places don’t just serve food—they set a mood. This South Indian spot is one of those rare finds where everything just lands right. The aroma of the spices, the soft hum of conversations, and that warm, earthy aesthetic that instantly makes you slow down. Every bite feels intentional—simple dishes, but executed with precision and heart. And the vibe? Effortlessly calm, slightly indulgent, and the kind of place you’d return to without needing a reason. 10/10 for both the food and the vibes.

Dakshin legacy as the name suggests has a variety of south indian delicacies. Nonetheless north indian option are good too. To start with the crab soup was amazing. We had mutton ghee roast, mutton gassi which was very delicious. The service and the ambience is great. This is a must visit if you like south indian food.

Found this place on Zomato and honestly, what a find! Outstanding food, warm service, and a chef who genuinely cares, he even sent out 2 complimentary desserts (not on the menu!) Prawn Garlic — 11/10 | Neer Dosa & Surmai Chettinad — 9/10 Next up, Mutton Ghee Roast. Can't wait to be back! 🙌

The food was good both veg and non-veg. The litchee punch was good. Recommended Honey chilli potato and King prawns in starters. Main course neer dosa was too soft and went well with Andhra style chicken. also Paneer chetinad was nice. One feedback is the service is too slow. once the crowd started coming in, things were moving at a slow pace and sometimes they forgot to get simple things like water and snacks even after 2-3 reminders. however would still recommend for a nice family dinner
