If you want to order a cake for any occasion look no more. Dark temptations is a place where you cant go wrong with any cake you order. My favourites are dutch truffle, dark chocolate cake , chocolate fudge cake, ferrero rocher cake and black forest. Do also try their chocolates . We tried dark almond rocks and cashew delight and both were good.

It was just wow. Soft,creamy,and flavorful. Each bit was full of sweetness. Delicious and was perfectly baked the cream was so soft it just melted in mouth.

Wow the Australian almond is amazing it was dark n not so creamy you can get the taste of almond properly it tatsed amazing n worth a try. They even have many wide variety of pastries and cakes

had ordered a fresh cream strawberry cake and the entire thing was fluorescent pink. there was excessive food coloring and now I've got a sore throat and cough. please do not put food coloring in the cakes

HORRIBLE SERVICE-SPOILT MY BIG DAY SURPRISE. I had planned a big surprise consisting of 30 people coming for a surprise party for an anniversary and had called for a 2.5 kgs cake from DARK temptations. BECAUSE it was a surprise, the manager named Megha was already informed more than once to ask the delivery guy to call before delivering as the people whom the surprise was for were at home. Inspite of that, they delivered without calling and guess what? IT WAS IN FRONT OF THE PEOPLE I HAD PLANNED A SURPRISE FOR. I called them for the same reason, initially they said the delivery guy was informed when I asked the delivery guy, he said that they never informed me, I put both on conference and the one from the outlet then turned and said he had informed the delivery office and not the delivery guy. I told him my entire surprise is spoilt to that he DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE and said ho gaya ab kya karu? Like it means nothing to them. I asked him for the management head's number since he had such a casual thing to say for such a well planned surprised which was SPOILT by now, he gave me the number of the owner of the outlet, who never even picked up my call and when I again called back and told the guy who gave the number, he said he will call you in 20mins, he is "busy". I have a regular customer since 5-6 years but they have spoilt it for, I was not even given a compensation or a good conversation, all I got was denial, blame games and absolutely absurd behaviour.

Ordered a cake from Dark Temptations (Andheri East branch) for my mom's milestone birthday. Unfortunately, they failed to deliver, causing unnecessary last-minute hassle and disappointment. Despite understanding industry delays, their staff's false assurances left us dissatisfied. Every follow up call to them gave us the assurance of cake being delivered in 5 mins which resulted in no cake till 2 hrs which is when we had to leave for our party. Service commitments should be honored for customer satisfaction."

Dark Temptations used to be a great place for cakes and I was a regular customer but it's become horrible. The cakes taste really bad ever since they've become vegetarian. Vegetarian cakes also don't taste so bad. The service has become pathetic. They've messed up my cakes twice already. I'd suggest don't order ANY cake and specially not for any special occasion.

Absolutely stupidity by the people handling. I don't think they understand what customer service is, we've been ordering from here since more than 10 years and they treat customers like they're stupid. Everyone is internally confused and they keep torturing the customers. Extremely shit, do not recommend at all.

The cake was really terrible and no one could even eat it and I really don’t ever think I can order the cakes from you guys again I was quite desapoyó disappointed with the taste as it was quite sour and it spoilt my moms birthday

Ordered multigrain bread and inspite of informing they gave one date prior and stale bread. Manager and owner doesn't have decency to revert to message and don't care of their customers..v disappointing.
