if you are booking through District under any offer. Be ware that it doesn't include beverages. It only includes Food. I was surprised to see none of our beverages was covered in the bill and the person asked me to pay separately for all the beverages. Just a heads up if you are going to Aroma's under the pretext of getting 50% off then THATS ONLY FOR FOOD.

Good place to sit and chitchat, and have some biting but need to improve in service were we have to shout n call them again A suggestion can add some kind of button or ring at the table so that they can here

Nice experience. Food was tasty. And Zomato discount made it more pleasant experience

The food was average. Coffee was not upto the mark. The biggest letdown was the sad sly term that zomato's discount can only be availed on food and not coffee. If that was the case then just don't offer it. A disappointing experience indeed

Food was really disappointing. Beverages were good. Taste was not at all worth. Won’t go again.

The experience was quite underwhelming, primarily due to the quality of food and staff etiquette. The 1-star rating is solely for the limited edition Mango Deonar Waffles, which were well-executed in taste. However, the dish name suggested mango cream, which was missing. Instead, it was essentially caramel syrup waffles topped with a few mango pieces—tasty, but not as described. The mango smoothie, unfortunately, was a letdown. At a price point of 320, one expects a rich, creamy smoothie with real mango or premium ice cream. What we got felt like melted vanilla ice cream base with a syrupy mango flavor and just 3–4 small mango pieces—very poor value for money. The froth on top was like thin watery bubbles, which is not what one wants to see in a good quality smoothie. Try out a barista mango bubbles something it's 10x better in delight and presentation and what it tastes like. If the staff made it bad can be corrected, but if that's the recipe decided before launch, need to get the tasters changed. Service left much to be desired. The staff offered no suggestions and informed us it was the last order—an hour before the stated closing time on Zomato which is fine we enter around 10:35p.m.. For a 11:45 closing time. Mid-meal, the bill was dropped at our table without a word, and the staff returned to chatting amongst themselves while watching the IPL. There was a lack of basic hospitality and engagement. No effort to inquire about our meal or get feedback on the limited edition item. A couple of thoughtful sentences from the staff, such as we closing in 15-20/30 mins, shall I get you the bill? could’ve changed the entire experience. Instead, it felt like they were just doing the bare minimum to get through their shift gossiping about the match, discussing about what to do once home and tomorrow, about some friends story.. Pretty audible. This may not reflect the branch as a whole but points to a larger issue with hiring and training. Basic etiquette and customer service standards appear to be lacking. Budget staffing might help expenses, but it harms the brand’s image and customer retention. The owners from time to time should randomly send one fo their friends and relatives solo to see how the staff behaves without their knowledge with a small table count customer or non regulars. We might give it another try to see if this was just an off day, but considering that nearby outlets in the same lane offer a much more hospitable and warm experience, expectations are now much lower.

Very unprofessional and rude staff. 👎 They are just waiting to kick you out after a point—more so if you go solo. Safe to say I’m NEVER going here again!! Here’s what happened: I’d gone here for the first time, to work and have some good food. After a point, one of the staff members asked me “to leave if I’m not ordering anything else because (apparently) there are bookings post 7 p.m.” I politely said, “Sure, I’ll see,” despite my surprise. I looked around—there were three whole tables empty, one of which was a six-seater sofa seating. (I checked on Zomato—none of these slots were booked. Not that it matters anyway.) After a few minutes, I ordered a wrap for myself. I was barely halfway through eating my wrap when ANOTHER staff member came by and pushed me thrice in the same conversation to consider leaving, just because they were being ambushed with a mix of walk-ins and bookings in big groups. I requested him to at least let me finish my food—because that’s what I was waiting to do—so that I could leave. And it just kept getting worse when he wouldn’t leave the side of my table—even after I’d acknowledged him twice—lingering around to tell me the same thing in different ways. At this point, half the café was staring, watching the interaction. Not only is it disrespectful to interrupt and ask someone to leave halfway through their food, but it’s also humiliating when the staff willingly does this in front of other customers—when the real cause is their own lack of table/people management. I just packed up, was forced to leave my food halfway, and let them know that the experience itself was uncomfortable enough to never bother coming back. Now, I completely understand that overcrowding happens a lot on weekends. But restaurant/people/time management is NOT a customer’s or guest’s problem. It’s solely the establishment’s lookout. In no situation is it necessary to stress or rush someone through their experience. No one else was being requested to leave—just me—and I’m guessing that’s just because I was solo. It’s just sad. And it makes no sense, because I don’t know how they expected to fit a group of 4–6 people on my two-seater table. This kind of short-sighted, inhospitable attitude from small cafés like this needs to change—or you’re just going to keep losing customers.

Management is very poor . I made a booking through zomato and i was 15 min late .. they said u can’t occupy the table now as u r late I mean why are they even running this useless cafe if they dont want people to come. Its better shut it down because as it is you are just telling people to go Dont visit here as they dont have any place idk why have they opened it if they cannot manage
